國際金價下跌，紐約期金最多下跌近11美元，一度失守1100美元關口，跌至超過2個星期的低位。
受2月份美國商品零售額意外增長，以及投資者對希臘債務危機憂慮減緩的影響，紐約4月期金每盎司收市報1101.7美元，跌6.5美元，跌幅0.6%。
全個星期計算，紐約期金跌近百分之三。
有分析指，雖然美元回軟，但金價昨晚仍然下跌，主要是由於市場仍然擔心中國會收緊貨幣政策，加上投資者在周末前先行獲利離場。
